TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
Introduction
These general terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) apply when you as a consumer (“Customer”) place an order via www.flixy.se (“Website”). The agreement is entered into between you and Calorie Sverige AB, company registration number 559372-9170, with the address Oxenstiernas Allé 31, 174 63 Sundbyberg (“Calorie”). By placing an order on the Website, the Customer accepts these Terms and Conditions.

When does the agreement become binding?
An agreement is entered into and becomes binding only when you as a consumer have received an order confirmation via e-mail from us after completing your order. We, therefore, ask that you check the e-mail carefully and contact us directly if there are any errors.
Product information and stock balance
We strive to provide accurate information about products and stock balance on the site. Should something be incorrect (e.g., sold out), we reserve the right to cancel the order if it is obvious and the consumer should understand it.
Payment options and conditions
We provide the following payment options:
- Card payment (Visa, Mastercard): The card will be charged upon ordering.
- Swish: Payment is made immediately upon ordering.
- Invoice: For purchases made against invoice, payment terms of 30 days net apply, provided that a credit check is approved. In case of late payment, default interest and reminder fees may be added in accordance with applicable law.
Delivery
- Delivery within Sweden is via PostNord or equivalent.
- Normal delivery time is 2–5 working days from when the order confirmation has been sent.
- Shipping costs are displayed before the order is completed.
- If a package is not picked up, a handling fee may be applied.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive the product:
- Notify us in writing within 14 days that you wish to cancel the purchase.
- Return the product in substantially unchanged condition.
- You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we have received and inspected the returned item.
Complaints and warranty
According to law, you have the right to make a complaint about defective goods for up to 3 years. Please make the complaint within a reasonable time, a maximum of 2 months after discovery.
In the event of an approved complaint, we will pay for the return shipping and replace the item's purchase price or carry out a repair, in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act.
Personal data and GDPR
We process your personal data in accordance with GDPR and relevant legislation:
- Data is used to manage orders and delivery.
- We do not share your data with unauthorized parties; only with partners (payment and shipping companies) when it is necessary for the purchase.

Dispute and dispute resolution
If a dispute arises and cannot be resolved directly, you, as a consumer, can contactthe Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) – we follow their recommendations.
